The bridal registry allows family and friends to donate money gifts to the bride and grooms travel plans. Any dollar amount can be specified, and applied to a major credit card. There will be space provided, after the credit card information to write a special note to the bride and groom, if you choose to.

Two months (60 days) prior to the departure date all of the gift donations will be tallied and applied to the couples travel itinerary. Two weeks after the payments are posted the bride and groom will receive a note from each guest with their special message and the amount of the gift will be displayed if requested.

For each payment a credit card authorization form must be filled out and signed. You can print the form below and fax to 808-874-5599, along with a copy of your drivers license and credit card. If you prefer, you can e-mail the completed form to amanda@travelwithamanda.biz
